Shipping

现货订单将在1–3 个工作日内处理并发货。在高峰期（如节假日），订单处理可能需要 3–5 个工作日。在海外代购期间，现货订单将在我们回国后统一发货。

Ready Stock orders will be processed and shipped within 1–3 working days.
During peak seasons (e.g., major holidays), orders may take 3–5 working days to process.
During our Daigou shopping trips, Ready Stock orders will be shipped after we return from the trip.

Preorder Policy

除标明为【Ready Stock】的商品外，其余商品皆为预售（Preorder）商品。发货时间及代购行程将标明于官网首页或 Instagram公告，请您在下单前仔细查看。

所有订单一经确认，恕不接受取消或退款。

All items are on a preorder basis unless stated as【Ready Stock】

All confirmed orders are strictly non-cancellable and non-refundable.

Domestic Shipping Rates & Estimates

  • West Malaysia

    • 首 3kg 运费 RM8
      RM8 for the first 3 kg
    • 超出部分每kg RM4
      Additional weight: RM4 per kg

  • East Malaysia 

    • 首 1kg 运费 RM15
      RM15 for the first 0.1–1 kg
    • 超出部分每 0.5kg RM12
      Additional weight: RM12 per 0.5 kg

  • Singapore 

    • 首 1kg 运费 RM30
      RM30 for the first 0.1–1 kg
    • 超出部分每 kg RM15
      Additional weight: RM15 per kg

  • Note:
    运费将根据实际重量与体积重量中的较大者计算。我们会尽量紧凑包装，以帮助您避免额外运费。
    • Shipping fees are calculated based on whichever is greater — the actual weight or the volumetric weight of the parcel. We will always do our best to pack your order as compactly as possible to help you avoid paying unnecessary postage.

Preorder Items

  • 如果您的订单包含预购商品，将在所有预购商品到货后一并发货。
    If your order contains PREORDER items, it will be shipped only after all preorder item(s) have arrived.

  • 如您希望先发现货/货已到货的商品，则需支付额外运费。
    Should you wish to have the available items shipped first, an additional postage fee will be required.

Combined Orders During Daigou Live Shopping

  • 在代购期间，顾客可以每日添加商品。为避免重复收取运费，请在结账时选择 “Add On”
    During our Daigou live shopping sessions, customers can add items daily.To avoid double-charging postage, please select “Add On” at checkout.

  • 我们将在发货前测量并合并您的包裹。
    We will measure and consolidate your parcels before dispatch.

  • 如总重量超出首公斤或已支付运费不足，我们将在发货前联系您补足差额。
    If the total weight exceeds the first kg or the postage you have already paid, we will contact you to settle the additional shipping fee before dispatch.

Shipping Partner

我们已选择 DHL 作为马来西亚的配送合作伙伴。

新加坡的订单将通过 Teleport 寄送。

We have selected DHL as our shipping partner for Malaysia. 

For Singapore orders, parcels will be shipped via Teleport.

Delivery Responsibility

  • 一旦 运单号生成并发送，包裹即由第三方快递公司负责。我们会尽力确保及时配送，但运输过程中的延误或遗失由快递公司负责。
    Once the tracking number has been sent to you, your parcel will be under the care of our third-party postage service provider（DHL）。While we strive to ensure timely delivery, delays or losses during transit are the responsibility of the courier.

  • 请注意，您的包裹由第三方快递公司负责。一旦提供了邮寄证明，我们将不对丢失的包裹负责。
    Please note that all parcels are handled by third-party postal or courier services. Once a tracking or shipping receipt is provided, we will not be responsible for lost parcels.

  • 请确保在下单时填写完整且正确的收货地址。如订单信息填写不完整或不正确，可能会导致配送延误。若因地址信息错误导致包裹被退回，将收取重新寄送的运费。
    Kindly ensure that your full and accurate shipping address, including your mobile number, is provided when placing your order.
    Orders with incomplete or incorrect information may result in delivery delays. If the parcel is returned due to incorrect details, a re-delivery fee will apply.
