Refund

如果您的订单中有商品缺货或售罄，我们将会在代购期间根据实际情况通过WhatsApp或Instagram私信通知您，并确认是否需要更换颜色或款式。若您选择不更换商品，我们将持续在本次代购行程内为您寻找该商品，并以代购最后一天为最终缺货确认时间。我们将在回国后 1–7 个工作日内处理退款。

您也可以选择将商品更换为其他商品，若更换的商品价格较低，我们将退还差价。

在代购或采购过程中，我们会尽力补货以完成您的订单。如部分商品仍无法提供，导致订单无法完整发货，我们会在发货前通知您并处理退款。

If item in your order is out of stock or sold out, we will contact you via WhatsApp or Instagram Inbox during the buying period to check if you would like to switch to an alternative color or style. If no replacement is preferred, we will continue trying to source your item throughout the buying trip. Final confirmation of out-of-stock status will only be made on the last day of the trip. If the item remains unavailable, the order will be refunded within 1–7 working days after we return.

Alternatively, you may exchange the items for another product. If the new item has a lower price, we will refund the difference.

During the purchasing process, we will do our best to source and restock items to fulfill your order. If any items remain unavailable and result in an incomplete order, we will notify you before shipment and process the refund accordingly.

订单一旦确认，除非商品缺货，否则不接受任何形式的取消或退款

All confirmed orders are strictly non-cancellable and non-refundable, except in the case of item unavailability.
(This includes but is not limited to: change of mind or failure to review product details.)

如遇 “买3减RM10” 或类似优惠活动，若因 商品缺货或订单商品不齐全，导致订单无法满足活动条件，则 该优惠将自动取消，相关折扣也将 一并移除。

For promotions such as “Buy 3 Get RM10 Off” or similar discount campaigns, if any item becomes out of stock or unavailable, resulting in an incomplete order, the promotion will be void and the discount will be removed accordingly.

 Refund Process

  • 银行转账退款请提供您的银行账户信息
    Please provide your bank account details for refunds via bank transfer or credit.
  • 国际订单的退款仅能以商店积分/余额形式发放，无法通过国外银行转账。
    For international shipping, refunds can only be issued as store credit. Bank transfers are not accepted.

Refund processing time frame: 

  • 银行转账退款：处理时间：1–7 个工作日。
    For bank transfers, expect a refund within 1-7 working days. 
  • 商店积分：处理时间：1–3 个工作日。
    For store credit, expect a refund within 1-3 working days.
