Q:哪些是现货商品?ARE THE ITEMS READY STOCK? 

A:仅在官网READYSTOCK区域标注的商品为现货商品,可直接购买。订单确认后,我们将在 1– 3 个工作日内寄出包裹。
未标注「ReadyStock」或不在READYSTOCK区域的商品,均为预购商品。

Only items listed in the READYSTOCK section on our website are in stock and available for immediate purchase. Parcels will be shipped within 1–3 working days after the order is confirmed.
Items without the “ReadyStock” label or those not listed in the READYSTOCK section are considered pre-order items.


Q:代购订单什么时候发货?WHEN WILL MY DAIGOU ORDER BE SHIPPED?

A:每一趟的预计发货时间都会提前公告于 Instagram。我们将按照订单顺序处理并安排发货,并尽力在公告的预计时间内完成发货。
所有代购商品无法保证确切到货时间。实际出货时间可能会因报关、清关及国际物流等因素而有所变动,因此网站或公告中标示的时间皆为预计到货时间,而非保证到货时间。

选择自取(Pick Up)的顾客,请在收到通知后14天内完成自取。

The estimated shipping time for each Daigou batch will be announced in advance on our Instagram. Orders will be processed and shipped according to the order sequence, and we will do our best to arrange shipment within the announced estimated timeframe.
Please note that all Daigou items do not have a guaranteed delivery date. The actual shipping schedule may vary due to factors such as customs declaration, customs clearance, and international logistics. Therefore, any timeline stated on our website or announcements should be considered an estimated timeframe rather than a guaranteed delivery date.

Customers who choose Pick Up are kindly requested to collect their orders within 14 days after receiving the collection notification.


Q:退款时间 ? REFUND PROCESS ?

A:若在代购期间获知商品缺货(例如鞋子缺货等),我们将在 代购结束后7个工作日内 处理退款。退款完成后,我们会联系您选择 退款至银行 或 将余额保留至您的 Store 账户。
在代购期间,我们会尽力采购与补货以完成您的订单。如因商品缺货导致订单无法完整发货,我们将在发货前通知您并处理退款。

If we are informed that a product is out of stock during the Daigou process (e.g., shoes with out of stock), we will process a refund within 7 working days after the purchasing period ends. Once the refund is completed, we will contact you to choose whether to receive the refund via bank transfer or credit the balance to your Store account.
During the purchasing process, we will do our best to source and restock items to fulfill your order. If any items remain unavailable, resulting in an incomplete order, we will notify you before shipment and process the refund accordingly.


Q:售后问题?AFTER DELIVERY ISSUE?

A:如在运输过程中,包裹或商品外包装因快递公司造成损坏或凹陷,但商品本身不受影响且不影响使用,恕不接受退款或退换商品。
2cm以内且不影响使用的官方瑕疵或细微瑕疵,恕不提供任何退款或退换服务。
如收到错误商品、商品损坏的情况,请在收到包裹后5天内联系我们处理售后问题,超过5天提出的售后请求将不予受理。
退还的商品必须 保持原样、未使用、未清洗,且标签完好。一旦 标签或包装被摘除,将不接受退款或退换。
(请注意,您的包裹由第三方邮政或快递公司负责。一旦提供了邮寄证明,我们将不对丢失的包裹负责。)

If the outer packaging of the parcel is damaged or dented during transportation due to the courier service, but the product itself remains unaffected and fully functional, refunds or exchanges will not be accepted.
Minor manufacturing imperfections or flaws within 2cm that do not affect the product’s functionality will not be eligible for refunds or exchanges.
If you receive an incorrect item or damaged product please contact us within 5 days of receiving the parcel for after-sales assistance. Requests made after 5 days will not be accepted.
Please note that all parcels are handled by third-party postal or courier services.
Returned items must be in their original condition, unused, unwashed, and with all tags intact. Once the tags or packaging have been removed, refunds or exchanges will not be accepted.
(Once a tracking or shipping receipt is provided, we will not be responsible for lost parcels.)


Q:如果现货与预购商品同时下单?COMBINED ORDERS OF READY STOCK AND PREORDER ITEMS?

A:如果您的订单同时包含现货和预购商品,我们将在预购商品到货后将所有商品一起寄出。如您希望先收到现货商品,可另行安排,但需支付额外运费。
请联系我们的客服协助处理分开寄送事宜。

If your order contains a combination of Ready Stock and pre-order items, all items will be shipped together once the pre-order items are restocked.
If you wish to receive Ready Stock items first, this can be arranged, but additional postage fees will apply.
Kindly contact our customer service for assistance with split shipments.


Q:如何当天LALAMOVE/GRAB配送?HOW TO SAME DAY DELIVERY VIA LALAMOVE/GRAB

A:可以的,只要商品已准备好,我们可以安排当天取货。请通过 Instagram @fuwa.daigou 联系我们。
当天配送仅限工作日(周一至周五)上午10:00 至 下午6:00。超出此时间的请求,将安排在 下一个工作日 进行配送。

Yes, we can arrange same-day pickup as long as the product is ready. Please contact us via Instagram @fuwa.daigou.
Same-day delivery is available only on working days (Monday to Friday) between 10:00 AM and 6:00 PM. Requests outside these hours may be scheduled for the next working day.


Q:購買後商品降價怎么办?PRICE ADJUSTMENT AFTER PURCHASES

A:为配合不定期促销活动及主题促销,部分产品在不同阶段可能以不同价格出售,属于正常价格调整,购买后恕不提供补差价。
请注意,活动价格仅在活动期间有效,感谢您的理解。

Due to periodic promotions and themed sales, some products may be offered at different prices at different times. This is considered normal price adjustment, and we do not offer price differences or refunds for previous purchases.
Please note that promotional prices will only apply during the promotion period. We appreciate your understanding.


Q:Tracking Number哪里查看?WHERE CAN I CHECK MY TRACKING NUMBER?

A:一旦您的包裹正在准备中,tracking number(运单号)将自动生成并发送至您注册的邮箱,您可通过该运单号查看运输进度。
如包裹显示 “Pickup Failed” 属正常现象,我们将在订单所有商品准备齐全后尽快安排发货。

Once your parcel is being prepared, the tracking number will be automatically generated and sent to your registered email address. You can use this number to track your shipment.
If the tracking status shows “Pickup Failed”, this is a normal occurrence. We will arrange shipment as soon as all items in your order are ready.
